"1 since when is there an up charge for light ice... #2 the girl at the window wasn't paying attention and cashed out the wrong order causing me to pay for the order after mine then having them pay for mine then had me pay difference in my order(which is not a big deal) but the fact that they are not paying attention to what they are doing isn't good for yalls business... I usually don't have an issue with this location but clearly there's issues going on"
"I mean how is it an inconvenience at all for you to take two mobile orders through the drive-thru? It comes off as being purposefully difficult and rude for no good reason to make someone drive all the way around just to pick up another pre-paid order. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that makes you do this and it’s comical. Just go to the Taco Bell 200 yards away and save yourself the trouble."
"This location up charges if you ask for no ice. The only reason I go to McDonald’s is because they are consistent across locations. A gamble you have to play with many other fast food restaurants. They are no longer cheaper or better quality than anywhere else. This is the only time I have been forced anywhere to pay extra money to get a drink that isn’t watered down. The franchisee of this location thinks they are being real savvy, but they lost a customer and I’m sure I am not the only one."
"This may not seem like a big deal to others, but I have been ordering happy meals for almost 4 years now, because my extremely picky toddler will only eat the chicken nuggets. I have ALWAYS requested a toy for a child 3 & under, & I never get one. I was beginning to believe this particular toy didn’t exist. We stopped at the McDonald’s in Fort Payne while on a road trip, & was so excited to get my 1st ever toddler toy in the happy meal. Thank you McDonald’s in Fort Payne!"
