"Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to buy tools and save money. They offer special pricing for members of their "Inside Track Club." Harbor Freight has frequent sales, clearances, and disposal events. They offer extended protection warranties for many items, too. The stores are staffed with friendly, helpful, and polite employees. I have been a Harbor Freight customer for forty years in several different states. The stores are generally the same with consistent product availability. Store sizes vary somewhat, but there are enough locations around to get what you need if one store is temporarily out of stock. Product offerings have improved over the years, and the quality of products seems to continually improve as well. I have not found any other stores selling the variety or quality of tools at comparable prices in Northeast Alabama. If you want to save money, shop Harbor Freight Tools. Recently, I stopped in to purchase an item advertised on sale. I was surprised when the item was not indicated on sale on the rack. I took the item to check out, and it rang up at the full price. I asked the checker about its sales status, and to my surprise, she simply replied, "I don't know." It turned out it was on sale. However, I had to prove it was advertised on sale. I do not know if this is a corporate marketing change. Advertising items on sale, but selling them at full price. It could be that the particular checker was just displaying her individual attitude toward customers. Time will demonstrate if this signals a corporate marketing change away from the excellent concern for customers, Harbor Freight demonstrated for many years or if advertising sale items and selling them at full price is the new practice. I can tell you they created a "buyer beware" situation in this long-time customer."

"I love Harbor freight with a 30$ membership fee for one year give you so many coupons like the 30$ off on the welder I bought and 15% on the hood. Those 2 items alone put me in the black first day. A whole year full of savings for being a member not to mention the 2 year warranty I purchased for 36$ allow me to return it without a receipt at any time in the 2 years and the way I lose stuff thank you Harbor freight"
