"I ordered cheesesticks and a papada. The papada wasn't in the box. When I called she said she knows she put it in the box. When I explained to her you can tell it wasn't placed in the box because no grease settled into the box. She proceeded to say that wouldn't happen because they put paper in the box. There wasn't even that in the box just the garlic sauce and pepper. She offered to remake it but id have to come pick it up the reason I selected delivery had no way to get it. I should of been offered a refund because I could have sent a picture of the box to prove nothing was in the box. You can see the difference in the boxes!!!! Cheesesticks where put in the box the PAPADA WAS NOT!!!!!"

"At no point in time was the staff unfriendly or rude I just want to put that out there. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese, the pizza looked great, however it certainly did not have extra cheese on it, I could see dough and sauce. I called and asked if they would be able to credit my next order for the cheese/topping, however I was informed that there was 4 CUPS of cheese on this pizza & it was correctly made. It became obvious that nothing was going to happen & I called corporate who then informed me to call the store... so feedback loop complete with no resolution & meanwhile I paid $37 for an incorrect pizza, pretty expensive even these days. Hot & Ready Little Ceasars for $6 sounds better for next time because it would be the exact same thing for $30 cheaper."
