"Pretty and updated apartments with a killer view of the Birmingham skyline. Property manager is friendly and helpful. Spotless outdoor areas, security lights, two elevators, and the charm and style of a vintage 1960s motel that has been renovated for modern living. Love it!"
"This place is leaps and bounds better than anywhere I have lived before. The apartments are nice and well maintained. It has all the ammenities I could need; the view from the pool is outstanding. Management has been extremely helpful with any and all problems. Marie, the property manager, went as far as to call Spectrum and help me deal with getting service set up. The best part is how affordable it is in a fantastic location. Absolute gem in the city."
"I lived here for five years and it was amazing! Maintenance was always top-notch. I did not have bugs. The property manager was outstanding. She watches the property like a hawk which helps with safety issues and controlling any disruptions by other tenants that may have occurred. They were minimal and always taken care of promptly. Yes, it's on a huge hill but it's worth it. The location of the dumpster....no problem. Simply drop your trash off as you are leaving the property. The location of the complex is fantastic. So for those who don't mind getting some exercise every now and then when you can't get a parking spot at the top, and who can appreciate the great location, great maintenance and landscaping, this is the place for you. It's very quiet as well and there's a great view of Birmingham."
