"Last year’s vaccinations were troublesome for one of our cats in particular and this made me anxious about taking her in. The receptionist (Rebecca) explained kindly that there was a new vet who was well versed in nervous pets, as well as the options if the vaccination wasn’t managed on this occasion. I came to the appointment ready to have to fight with my poor cat with her being so nervous, but much to my delight, the vet (Scott?) was an expert and I barely had to help him at all when it came to keeping her in place for the vaccine or the examination. Huge thanks to the team for their treatment, especially vet Scott and receptionist Rebecca!"

Racehorse Rescue Centre:

"Been a customer of Vets4Pets for many years as a registered breeder but never been refused help when we needed it most like we were in Aberdeen. Both our min pins came down with a bad chest infection. One with a heart condition and our local Vet4pets said any problems they would share information. We needed antibiotics and they could not see us for 4 days! Not interested. While our little dog struggled to breath. As others have commented. Not a nice place. Managed to find another Vets and with a quick phone call was handed over the antibiotics all within 30 mins. Thank you Aurora Vet Clinic. Petal recovered and back to her normal self."
