"They contracted to buy a property I was selling, we got to closing and I signed everything with the title company. A few hours later, I got a call from I believe their general manager saying they did not have the funds for the closing and would not be following through. BEWARE if you are considering selling a property to anyone affiliated with this group."

"This whole company is founded on scamming! Be be sure to google their pending court cases. If you're selling your house, they will get your house under contract, and then back out. If you're buying from them, be sure to read the fine print. Their estimates are way off, and their fees are ridiculous. Do not trust them! They only exist to take advantage of naive, inexperienced people."

"I am a seasoned investor who used Build Realty to list my property 1 time and will never associate with them again. My real estate agent (and the issue) was Jamie Cain. Everything was going as it should until Jamie quit responding to my texts or calls once I was in a couple weeks into a contract. We were waiting to hear back from the appraisal and I could not get ahold of the Jamie to get updates and see what is going on. I even texted Jamie stating this is my business and I'm starting to get very frustrated on how you never answer my calls or texts. After no responses at all I got in contact with the buying agent as a last resort and finally got an answer. As she said the property did not appraise for what we needed she (buying agent) was going to give it one more shot. During this time as I text Jamie again saying please call me asap we need to figure this out. I then received an email the next day stating she wanted a release from the contract! We were still in a contract and she was wanting to get a release from me because I called her out in a text that I was getting frustrated about not being able to get in contact with her. No foul language or anything was used. As all of this was going on the buying agent had been able to get the appraiser worked out. I then found out Jamie had TAKEN MY HOUSE OFF THE MARKET when I was still in a contract! The way she handled this situation was unbelievable and completely unprofessional. And for Build Realty to allow that type of behavior blows my mind. I could totally understand if there was some sort of argument that required a release but not a text saying hey umm answer the phone. Regardless I would not use Jamie Cain or build realty period. From all of the other reviews, I see this is a common occurrence with them."

"This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Agent Jaime Cane was always far from the truth and rarely returned calls to my agent and when she did they were smart ass comments. This company took their good ole time attempting to fix what was agreed upon and things were still being worked on after the house was closed. The flip of this house was horrible and cannot even call it craftsmanship. I now have to have the bathroom plumbing redone since it was not installed correctly. Would never buy another thing from this company. They just don't care."
