"Racoons living in attic 14 days. Pest shows up 5-6 days after the report. Feeces and urine seeping through ceiling (shown in picture) unable to stay due to health concerns and animals being up all hours of the night making sleep impossible. Pest control leaving the attic door open allowing the animal to walk through my apartment and get into trash (thankfully it went back and I shut the door and closet ) management not responding to anything for 14 days both on a site level and gm level. Nicole at fairway lakes has been the only one helpful, she truly deserves the GMs job! I understand there's a limit to what she can do.i hate to have to come to leaving a review. If I could leave stars for nicole I'd leave 5/5 but for management I'd leave -1/5. "Pic is the urine and feeces from whatever living in the attic""

"My elderly mother lived at The Boulevard, formerly The Vineyard, for 3-1/2 years. The apartment was well maintained, and improvements were made to the building on a regular basis. The on-site maintenance crew were very responsive to needs. However, management changed three times in that time period. And don't expect any response from corporate if you contact them. You will get sent to a "regional manager" for help, which means you get transferred to voice mail, leave a message, and never receive a call back. And even though they advertise office hours till 5PM, the office after-hours voice recording goes on at 4:30. 3/27/2023 I have been trying to get a deposit refund for the past 18 months. It was only within the past couple of weeks that anyone at Ackermann would communicate with me. My mother passed away in 2021, and had no will or POA. Ackermann refuses to make out a refund check to me only, even though I rented the apartment for her, co-signed the lease, and paid the deposit and last month's rent."

"The maintenance is a joke. It takes weeks to get anything fixed/replaced and you have to keep calling. They charge you for things without telling you or asking. Their property manager is useless. There’s mold growing under my carpet and no one cares. They spray painted the wall to just cover it up. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM."

"I would give 0 stars if this was an available option. Can't wait for my lease to be over. It is now 3 weeks and maybe the sewage smell is gone. Water leaked under cabinet after maintenance did not reconnect the drain pipe. Feb 28th can't come fast enough."
