"It's a very clean place. And the staff are nice people willing to help with whatever questions or concerns customers have. But it's not a Greyhound Station in the traditional sense due to not being open 24hrs. And many of the Greyhound busses arrive and depart after hours sometimes in the middle of the night. So there are no places for riders to wait comfortably and safely. The main use of the facilities is for local city busses during regular business hours in which case there is a large, comfortable lobby for passengers to wait. And the staff does maintain a safe environment. There's also plenty of vending machines available."
