"We took out kids to an 11:00am showing. When we got there (five minutes early), there wasn’t an employee in sight, doors were locked, and lights were off. We stayed for 20 minutes (until 11:15am) and watched several people come, see the doors were locked, and leave. Tickets for shows at 11, 11:10, and so on were available for purchase online. I’m really glad I didn’t buy in advance! Not sure what the issue was."
