"To be continued from GENESIS STRENGTH he insisted on using a dolly after taking plastic wrap off the couch to protect it and the couch scrapped off the floor and put a rip on the side and the corner of our brand new couch then we asked for a refund and he was annoyed we wanted a refund because of damage the worker caused we waited two months to get this couch that we couldn’t even get because of horrible customer service there he was rude and disgusting the entire time and will be calling corporate no one should have to go through these type of situations when spending their hard earned money."
