About the Founder
Russell, a Cincinnati native and Northern Kentucky University graduate, founded Paragon Realty Partners in 2017. With a background in communications and a passion for real estate, Russell has built the company from the ground up, expanding from just three agents to a thriving team. Outside of work, Russell enjoys spending time with his family at their lake house on Lake Cumberland, hiking at the Gorge, and exploring the country.

"Like others have said, when this company flips homes they take every shortcut imaginable and then some. Our home has been a money pit after somehow passing inspection. To give an example, they put slate on the flat part of our roof instead of rubber. Obviously, that’s not how it’s done so within 2 months of living here it was literally raining inside of our home due to water saturation. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere! All of these 1 star reviews are trying to help you!"

"Just purchased my first home and Paragon was the listing agent. This has been the worst experience of my life. Legal documentation states the roof is brand new and was signed off by Matt Perkins acknowledging the info was true. After an inspection and active leak was found. My condition for buying this home was that the leak was fixed properly. I've been in this home 6months and have holes in my ceiling from the so called fixed leak. I had to have a professional come look after trying to work with Matt Perkins and the seller Lionel Gray with no luck and was told the roof in fact is very old. After contacting Paragon on 06/06/2019 because the leak has gotten worse I was told by them " Hey your a home owner this is your problem". Needless to say I've spent every dime I have on this money pit and now need a lawyer. Matt Perkins has been nothing but smug and nasty in every conversation. If i could give a negative 10 stars I would. Buyers beware."
