"My husband and I have bought and sold four homes and have never dealt with an agent as unresponsive and unprofessional as this one. Not only did she not disclose thebfamily relationship she has with the sellers of the home, she was absent and unavailable through the entire process or would just refuse to respond and it’s clear now that her personal interest in the property was clearly influencing her behavior. Since she chose not to disclose this, we didn’t realize it at the time. We will work to report this to find out what ethics this violates and if we were looking for another home, we would specifically steer clear of any home this agency is involved in. She has "never met this person" because she didn't show up to the closing. I have documents proving she was the selling agent on my home to counter he "I don't know her" claim."
