"I purchased a new KTM 890 ADV and had a relatively smooth sales experience and got it at a great price! The sales guy regretfully didn't know much about KTMs so that is one thing the dealership could hugely improve on. Post-sale, I ran into various setup issues that simply were missed. When contacted, I could not get anything moving to get these issues resolved and was getting very frustrated. That was right around the time the dealership hired a new service manager (about 3 weeks ago from this review). Once I got in touch with him, he ensured to take care of those issues and kept me up-to-date through the entire process. He understood my frustration, showed great care and professionalism to resolving what was missed in a timely manner."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Called the parts department and asked if they had a fuel pump for a 2018 350 XCF, he then asked me what brand. How the hell would someone working the parts department at a ktm dealership not know what brand it is? He then proceeded to tell me he doesn't care for KTM. I then asked him why he even works there and them told him I don't want anything from them and hung up. Terrible customer service!"

"I won't get a bike from anywhere else for the rest of my life. The women who work here went above and beyond to help me get on the bike of my dreams. They all had positive vibes they really care about helping you get on a bike.10/10 HIGHLY recommend"

"Came in to get an oil filter, have been here before and they have had it. Service guy at the counter asks what it is, I say "BMW..." and immediately starts in with "we're not a BMW dealership". Cool and you're not Autozone either, so can we start again? Its an old one, have gotten it here before, I insist he looks. Says he's a Harley rider...well okay, but that's not what I came in here for? Looks up a basic Parts Unlimited one, they don't have that. Looks up the K&N one, they have it. Completes the sale and announces to others behind me "Hey we are now a BMW Dealership!" I don't know if anyone at United Motorsports will read this or care, but that was an awful interaction. Who cares what bike I ride, it was a basic part and I had money to spend at your business. Harley guy doesn't want to have to look up a part for someone just because of the bike they ride? If I was a business owner reading this, I'd wonder how much money has been turned right back around out my door by this guy."

"Bought a KTM Duke 200 last spring. Today was time for the first oil change. Low and behold I pull the oil filter cover off and there is no filter. So I just rode around 620 miles without one I guess..."
