"My family and I truly love this YMCA; we have established a routine and have been going for quite some time now. If I had one friendly suggestion to make the experience even better and truly allow parents to benefit from the child watch area, it would be this: if the children are simply crying or even crying quite a bit because they either don’t see their parents or are just trying to get used to the new area, then the child watch staff should be equipped for this and try to play with and console the children so they don’t have to keep stopping the parents' activities on and off, especially if there is no clear concern for the child, such as vomiting, sickness, or potty/diaper accidents. This is just a really friendly suggestion to help make the experience a lot better for parents using the child watch area and hopefully this can be taken into consideration!"
