"I have been a member on and off for 3+ years, with time off during the covid shutdowns. During that time many pieces of the equipment has been in poor repair or downright broken. The showers have been consistently poorly sanitized, pools have been closed and/or hours reduced, rooms such as sauna and steam have been down for long stretches of months at a time, and yet the monthly prices have been increased several times. This most recent price increase for 2024 made me decide to look elsewhere and I called in early November to let them know I was going to quit. I left a message with the membership services because no one was in (they never are). No return call. I repeated this just before Thanksgiving thinking maybe my message was lost. Same story. Finally in the first week of December I talked to the front desk who informed me I had to come in to fill out a form. I do not live near this facility anymore so I had to drive over 45 minutes to do this. I was not able to make this trip until just before Christmas. They called today saying I had a balance from last month that had to be paid before they could process my request. Amazingly, they could take a payment over the phone, but not a notice to quit. Also, the person who called, when she told me about the bill, seemed to listen when I told her about my difficulty to get there to turn in their form, but the next words she said were "So, you have no intention to pay this $$$?" I guarantee you, as a person who worked in customer service for a major financial company, there are a TON of better ways to ask this question. Basically, it all boils down to professionalism, which this facility lacks on all fronts; equipment, personal, policy, and commitment to improving for the customer. Please avoid at all costs."

"Everyone was very kind, concerned & educated. They answer any & all questions. They made me feel comfortable and confident in all the personal were caring & great. My doctor Robert Isfort was fantastic and all his staff. The anesthesia person let me know my terrible "allergjc" reaction to kennalog, steroid is not on my family physician records, as well as other hospitals donot have this allergic on my file. Dangerously to me could cause death. I appreciated this information & I wl inform all my medical personnel has this on ALL my records."
