"I would shop at this location rather regularly and I am appalled at the prices they are putting on these items. This is a thrift shop. If I could afford the $47 for the American eagle jeans they have that are USED, I could buy a brand new pair at AE. It doesn’t sound like a good businesses model. Honestly this should be illegal! I also will never donate to this establishment ever again."

"Thrift Stores are susposed to help the poor & low income families, not to “pad their own pockets” with their inflated sky high prices & unquenchable greediness! My advice is…if you want to a bargain, skip Valley Thrift Store! You will find more bargains by shopping store ads for sales on items you need such as towels which are often as low as $5.00 brand new on sale at Kohls versus the $7.00 “used” at the thrift store, and who even knows where that used towel has been? Just saying! Also, try shopping sales Walmarts, Marshall’s, Targets, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Dollar Trees , etc. I see Dollar Tree items all the time at Valley Thrift for triple the Dollar Tree store’s price. Items should be cheaper at the Thrift Store NOT more expensive! We need to complain about the outrageous prices and customer service or lack there of and expose the Store’s greediness! Until we do, nothing will change. If you agree, Please do not donate to these greedy charlatans. Also like my comment to send a message to Valley Thrift Store Owners! Help me tell these greedy stores that while they claim to help veterans & the poor, they are really just about fulfilling their own greed. But don’t take my word, check out the pics I posted to see the crazy high prices for yourself!"

"I love this place! They had three different discounts depending on the color written in the tag. The store itself is huge and very well organized. Prices were a little bit higher than I was expecting, so I was happy with all the discounts. There are bathrooms and changing rooms, but both are locked and require a staff to let you in. You can only bring three items into a changing room at one time, which was a little bit tedious. There are also self checkouts! Highly recommend this place."

"I have shopped at this thrift store for years and I even used to suggest it to other people. I hadn't been in over a year and decided to go look if they had any Christmas decorations. I found a few but they were asking 12$ to 14$ dollars for anything decent and that's the price for most christmas decor at TJ Maxx new. I decided to look at apperal to see if it was still priced decently and the wanted 16.99 for a sweater that looked like it was more of a early 2000s style and 12.99 for stained up joggers. When I came across a bottle of arm & hammer bodywash from the dollar tree half full for 5.99 I knew it was time to leave. The only thing that would make sense on pricing is they have one of the Hispanic workers in the back pricing things that doesn't grasp the money conversion yet. I don't see this place staying opened very much longer."

"This place used to be a decent place to find used items for my family on a tight budget. I went there Saturday. I was surprised to see the parking lot wasn’t that full. When I went inside I could see why. Their prices have almost tripled. Sure there are sales on certain tag colors (like goodwill does) but I would see unrealistic price tags on things that were worn out or cheap brand names for the prices they are brand new in stores! For example $10.99 on an infant shirt that was worn out and Walmart’s wonder nation brand. $24.99 on a dusty fake plant. $8.99 on a used coffee cup. Such a waste of time going there. I won’t be going there again."
