"I had to make an Amazon return. Made so many returns here before Christmas. To my surprise you moved the amazon drop off location. Employee was rude when I asked why it was moved. I wasn't the only one who waited in line before realizing you moved Amazon. They acted like they were so busy but there were three employees making returns and only two people returning Kohls items. Since I then had a 20% off coupon. I figured I'd also try to buy new dress slacks and shoes for work. Not sure if it's because late January is the off season, but couldn't find anything worth buying. This was why I haven't shopped at a department store in 3 years. Once it's not 10 degrees outside I'll look at Cincinnati premium outlet Mall. Otherwise I'm going back to using Amazon."

"I came to Kohl’s for pick up today. I never have bad experiences at this store, have been coming for years. I was waiting for a pick up order today & the older lady at customer service needed a manager’s help. The manager Crystal came to help her and I was shocked how rude she was to the customer service worker who was clearly confused. Really bad impression of that manager… she should not talk to employees like they are incompetent."
"They do Amazon returns there. That is the only reason I went... I haven't shopped there since finding out they support terrorist organizations.. 4 years or so, I think.. use to spend 3 to $4000 a year there . Cut up my card and never looked back!.. Other places sell clothes!"
