"HD Roofing was fantastic in every aspect of the job. Owner Gonzalo initially inspected our roof for a small leak and identified hail damage that we did not know about. Then he successfully and skillfully guided us through the complex process of an insurance claim, which resulted in us receiving a reimbursed new roof. He even argued for some additional components to be added that were required under code but not included in the adjustment, which was then amended for inclusion.The job was completed within a week after approval and it only took 2 days for a large house. His customer service, timeliness, constant communication, and thoughtfulness were outstanding, perhaps the best we've ever received with a home contractor. A+ to Gonzalo and team!"

"My whole-house roofing project recently done by Mr. Gonzalo Calvillo from HD Roofing LLC was well planned and successfully executed! Gonzalo is honest, friendly and very responsive, and his work is reasonably priced. He explained to me before hands on warranty and on what processes would be involved, such as making a claim, the visit from the insurance company with the estimator, the approval process, the payments and the certification after the work done, etc. He also dealt directly with the insurance company for me. All these made me felt very comfortable as I would then know what to expect and what to follow next. Gonzalo was also very flexible to me as I needed to change the schedule for things just happened. On that day of roofing work he was there monitoring the whole process and got the job done in one day. He then reviewed the job with me on the next day morning. "We hired HD roofing to inspect our roof after some heavy storms. They found many "lifted" shingles from the wind. As the roof was still under warranty, Gonzalo from HD documented the damage in detail, worked with our insurance company during their assessment to ensure everything was covered, and then coordinated the roof replacement. Everything he said he and HD would do and when they would do it, they did, and did very well. Every person they sent to work on our home was courteous, respectful, conscientious and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves incredibly well and kept checking back to ensure we were happy with everything. We liked what they did with our roof so much, we brought them back to so some siding repairs. (we have a very tall house and much of this was farther off the ground than I care to be) That additional work had the same outcome. Excellent quality of work at a very fair price. Our neighbor, who had been watching the HD team work and how it turned out, immediately asked us for their card. "No longer do I have to dread bad weather thanks to the professional completion of the installation of my 50 year guaranteed roof. Not only was the owner completely involved thru out all steps but his knowledge and kindness made a forever impression. The crew always arrived on time and worked together with such accuracy.
