"Remark repaired serious moisture damage to the main house support beams in our crawl space, and we would very highly recommend them!!! We hired a different contractor do this job when we bought the house 4 years ago, but although the first fix was expensive new cracks were appearing in our walls and we could feel the house movement in our floors. David and Chris very clearly explained and showed us with photos why this was happening, what the first contractor did very wrong in distributing the weight load across our beams, and what needed done to fix it correctly. They were extremely professional and clearly communicated every step. Despite having to work in an 18 inch dirt floor crawl space, they finished exactly on time at the price they quoted, which was very reasonable. Additionally, they gave us a plan to increase the ventilation and drainage, and stop the moisture damage to our beams. We can't say enough to recommend Remark!!"
