"Dealing with this particular court now I know how it is to be treated unfairly and go through living with unjust. I would never recommend anything about this place. The way that they handle cases is so belittling, especially in family court. It’s definitely a money thing for these people and rudeness at its best."

"Just called to find out how much copies of my paperwork i needed would be and i asked if they had any free parking and if not then what did she think it would cost per hour the women just didn't sound very customer service friendly at juvenile clerk desk .I was hung up on when i said okay thank you and proceeded to ask one last question and the line ended she just hung up.I'm really a friendly person and very respectful but this was uncalled for and unprofessional"

"Tried to get information on my case. Judges Assistant was very nasty. Trying to get information and how the processes works and what forms need to be filled out. Good Luck nobody is giving the same information or knows what going on or they just wont do they job. I will say the manager on the 6th floor that deals with custody is a big help. I have been helped by her a couple of times."

"Fathers have to go through way too much to have equal rights to their own child. Had two pre-trials which were over six months apart and still no visitation or nothing. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Then they just tell you to wait another six months like it’s nothing like it’s just cool to go six months without seeing your kid. The system is filled with too many pre-trials with nothing getting accomplished."

"We had a receptionist/secretary/clerk tell us our grandson should make better choices. He did make the right choices, she knew nothing of the case, and she way overstepped her boundaries."
