"I called in today & spoke to Mr. Kelly. I thought I had a rather pleasant tone and friendly demeanor but I was only spoke to with hostility. Mr. Kelly had a negative tone and acted like I was an inconvenience to his day. I was only calling to verify that a document had been received and i explained that i understood that i may need to allow more time for processing. I didn't actually ask him to perform any task per say, just see if you had it on file. When I brought to his attention that I didn't appreciate the manner in which he was speaking to me, he HUNG UP ON ME. Please speak to him about his extremely lacking customer service skills. This is not acceptable behavior."
