"When I tell you this is the best fire department in the state of ohio they get there really fast and do their jobs quickly they are the best!!"
"The EMT’s that arrives at my moms home was inexperienced. When asking questions about my moms B/P I was told we will put her on the monitor and start an IV once she was in the truck, they were called because of a possible stroke d/t her symptoms. Again they took no B/P, no monitor, no IV started. They could not even correctly place the straps on her once they had her outside. When I asked about her B/P and heart monitor, one EMT flared around his arms saying we got this and we are putting her on the monitor and starting an IV. When we arrived at the hospital she never had an IV started. I am very concerned about the lack of care received from a 911 call."
