"This transit center is only a few years old and it is already beginning to look run down. It is also crawling with ROACHES. At 11:00pm, I was sitting on a bench, only to see a roach that was 2 inches long run right by my feet. Upon looking around, I realized they were EVERYWHERE. This is no exaggeration. I saw at least 7 in one area, with a rather large roach carrying an egg sac (ootheca). It was so disgusting. To make matters worse, my bus never showed up, so I had to call an Uber. Waiting here was pure torture. The city needs to seriously consider pest control for this place. It's awful."

"The Northside Transit Center is a great transit station and allows easy and quick transfers across routes. Always fairly clean and quiet throughout the day, and easy visible signage showing bus routes and departure times. Easy stop to transfer routes and makes traveling so much smoother and quicker."
"Experiencing the Northside transit center at 230 am wasn't bad at all. The place was clean, so I think for everyone in the world when a place is trashy that alone will make a person feel uneasy. The bus was like 10 minutes early and did not wait until departure time So baby I'm glad I was already there. When I got on the ladies bus I asked her what the price was and she looked at me like I was ten karat crazy. I was not sure if she didn't hear me. Or the expression I got from her was am I dumb. I ride the bus like maybe once a year so I didn't know the price.. awkward feelings as I sat down And then we Pulled from transit center . So everyone the FARE is 2.00 lol"
