"This place is not managed by people you want to have in charge of anything. They have issues with information between one another. You will never know what is up or down. The rent is way high for what they have and offer. All the time and resources go to the other parks they manage and even then they are messed up."
"I have lived here 6 years. In the past there have been a lot of problems with staffing the office and maintenance but they finally seem to have people who know what they’re doing. The new office manager is very friendly and helpful. Overall the park is pretty quiet. Most people keep to themselves."
"I’ve lived here for a year now and the new management is the best it’s been! Pat the property manager gets your stuff done the correct and right way. Also Dustin, the new maintenance man has corrected things that were supposed to be done when we first moved in! Definitely the nicest people."
