"Wouldn’t recommend this facility. The contents left were in the unit upon moving in originally (the pallets and things on the wall). There is a crack and a leak on the back wall (as seen in one of the pictures). The crack did allow water into the unit and it did damage one of our shelves. The building, not necessarily our unit, had lots of traces of rat/mouse feces, which is the reason why we ended our lease of the unit. Overall, the facility is poorly taken care of, it was dirty. The “climate controlled” units weren’t even really controlled. We had to use damprid devices to collect the moisture. We ended up changing those monthly, which tells us that there wasn’t a great control over the climate system. The building itself, also had a pungent smell to it that affected our furniture and items. Overall the experience was not great, and trying to contact anyone at our specific place, was impossible. I called a couple times, and left voicemails for call backs and never received a call or anything back at all. We tried to go during office hours, but the office doors were closed DESPITE their hours saying they were open. We tried to go multiple times, incase the employees were on lunch. But still no luck. As I said at the beginning, awful facility."

"Started rental online. The unit they said I would have had locks on it, so had to wait until the next day to ask the front desk what was up. They asked me to look at two other units, both of which were still occupied. Since there were no other units available in the size I needed, I just got a refund. Long story short, they wasted my time, and aren't as convenient as they appear."

"Rented in this facility for a short duration, I no longer have need for the rental but there is no information and no portal online to cancel. So far I've called 8 times to their store and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend doing business here if you plan to only pay for the months that you need it. Honestly just posting this one star review because their account seems active enough on here. More active than their phone line at least."

"New owners are definitely cleaning up the place. Painted the buildings and added a bunch of LED lighting. They only had 12 lights before and they’ve gotta have over 75 lights now. Definitely a huge help for security and moving stuff in or out after hours."
