"I wish there was 24 hour access, but the hours are decent. The facility manager is awesome! She is empathetic, courteous, and extremely helpful. The climate control actually works, unlike others that I visited. This is my 3rd storage unit in various parts of the country. What I have learned is that the small companies are WAY BETTER and less manipulative than Public Storage."
"Cheap but filthy. Rented an outdoor spot for my old car. No pedestrian access. You can get in with a code but you can't get out unless you are in a car. At least it wasn't posted how to get out. The spot next to mine has a rotting couch and other random junk that is clearly garbage. Seems like it would make sense to clean up after renters leave their crap behind. The lady working the phones was polite and helpful, she gets 5 stars. The facility is typical west side sadness. It was once nice but that was a long time ago."
"Set up auto pay - they didn’t process my payment and locked us out of the gate on the second of month - called and talked to Office and they couldn’t help us it was 5:30pm - so we can’t get into do work on trailer because they messed up my auto pay . Then told it could be up to 48 hrs for someone to call me back that I should come in / I said I work! Unbelievable"
"Overall it’s a good nice quiet clean place to store your items. The only downside is they add on to your bill every month with any fees they can think of. I started off paying $70+ ending after two years paying $100+ so therefore they prices are not locked in."
"GREAT facility...Rick was very attentive and genuine with his customer service and spent time addressing my questions and taking care of my concerns with the location of the perfect space for my RV (with me being a first time RV storage customer). I would highly recommend Glenway Storage for its convenient West Side location and the tremendous personalized customer service...Thanks, Rick!"
