"The place was pretty clean but there was a lot of empty trailors the park has a pool and a playground, the park was having a funtion in the club house. They was planning bingo . I didn't have any interaction with the manager but the work crew was bussing around in the golf cart. They also was working in the park. Digging and repairing."
"They are charging really high lot rent for the area. Making it almost impossible to afford a home there. I know several people that moved out because of the excessive lot rent."
"Same place as Gettysburg Estates. Terrible on customer service. To many stipulations to contain living there lot rent goes up every 6 to 9 months"
"First, I'll give the place credit for trying to keep it on the upswing. BUT lot rent has gone up $99 in a year, plumbing has major problems so water is often off. All trees were removed so it feels naked. Existing residents shouldn't have to pay for all the empty lots because the new homes are more expensive than an actual house so they aren't selling."
"Not a place I would want to live. Not kid friendly, not many amenities, but lots and lots of rules. Also many lots were flooded on my multiple visits trying to decide on where to buy and no clear plan on how to fix the floods."
