US Post Office

"Their hours say open until 6 pm on a Tuesday, but when I went in at 4:35 pm, they were already closed, so I wasted a trip. At least the other time they did this, they posted a sign on the door so I could immediately leave to go to the main post office. This location can't print labels from QR codes, so you have to print your own labels to drop packages off here. The workers are fine but tend to not notice me when I approach, and I feel awkward calling out to them to get them to notice me."

"I just had to stand in line to get a receipt while two attendants took forever scanning in items for a guest who dropped them off and left while I was standing there. He didn’t need a receipt yet they couldn’t get my stuff done while I was standing there, they had to start and complete his packages before moving on to guest who was actually waiting smh"

"Just recently had my visit to my local post office. What is it to my surprise that the ratings for this place are very accurate. The place itself deserves to be shutdown and the people there need to be fired. Two specific individuals that work in this place just make this experience worse. Call them professionals or 'friendly workers' as you people who rate this 5 stars are more blind to what it means to be a true worker here. My carrier, the one who does my route for my packages is sweet, but when you go to visit inside this post office you'll want to wish you didn't. RECONSIDER your choice of post office because you wouldn't want to be caught here. We had one simple problem yet we were the ones that got told off because they were too lazy to do anything? So to the people who are smart enough to read reviews and take caution before making their visit to places, I'll be one of many to tell you that you shouldn't bother coming here as there are better carriers and locations you could send/receive packages from. Heed my warning because the second you try to visit here is the second you'll remember this review or maybe you did visit, want to write a bad review, and then you see this one and see the truth in how terrible this place is ran. The rating is probably the most deserving thing they will ever get. :)"

"The lady that works there is always ready to fight. Won't listen before she answers in a very rude way. She has no idea what customer service is. I have the same experience with this lady twice, first in person, and today 7/12/17 over the phone. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! Teacher CS or get rid of her. In the meantime I'm going to another office further away but not getting this treatment. No way!"
