"Don't rent here!! CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!? Do not let the name fool you. If I could give a lower score I would double it. Warning !!!! This place let's you get robbed, or inside job. Zero help when we was robbed. Blamed us. We filed police report. Still nothing but harassment. Nickel is a very rude , mean, an absolute LIAR of a human. The so called manager isn't any better. Thieves are running a muck and they are supporting them to keep a good image instead of what is right. Buy the locks from them is a joke. According to that so called insurance that won't do anything. You can have any lock. There cheap and apparently easy to get into seeing ours was cut off. And disc locks are not in any contract there's or insurance. More info and pictures to come. And conveniently NO CAMERAS !! Zero pictures from them just lies and blame. Don't rent here!! If you want your stuff safe."

"I love this place. Kind and professional, informational and helpful. When I was looking for storage on a Saturday afternoon Asst. Manager Ronny was efficient in getting me a space. The grounds are very nice with many cameras, giving me great security. In fact 1 of those cameras along with this outstanding Manager, recognized I had left a key behind, he got the key and placed it in an envelope. Realizing I missed the key quickly returning. Above and beyond customer service the best. Wow! Thank you."

"We have stored our outdoor christmas lights here for many years, we recently had to upgrade our unit as our display grew, we went in and it was super easy, they even tried to find us a very close unit, we told them it was empty and not to worry about it. The associate was so friendly. Definitely recommend them."
