"So tonight I called Kroger to get answered by a computer I asked what time they close the so said 11 I drive all the way over there it's 10:05 and the guy doing carts tells me they are closed. If you have to have a computer answering the phone someone may want to make sure it has the correct information. I just got off work and would have loved to stay home instead of wasting time and gas coming to a closed location I was told closed at 11 when I called. Smh come on people at least give your computer the correct information since you prefer computers over humans dealing with your customers. Ridiculous"
"It’s sad that only one girl was working for pick up orders and gave 6 cars and didn’t even try to hurry. I checked in 20 mins before I got there and still waited 25 minutes ! Tons of cars got their orders before me."

"Wow. Kroger has a bunch of employees pushing around mobile order carts that can't even help with the simplest tasks. Meanwhile, lines up front to check out are backed up down the store. This is unbelievable. Even if you use self checkout, it always messes up, and you wait five minutes for an employee to help you. Kroger is now the worst place to buy groceries."
