"Can things just be labeled CORRECTLY. I'm not rich, I can't keep getting items that say one thing and then at the register it's not on sale or not labeled what it's advertising. so I'm paying more when I check out..even though I calculate everything throughout my whole trip in the store. Another time I literally was just in for dog food and milk and the machines were being dumb. I left and went to Walmart to purchase same items, no problem. I hate coming here at this point. Life is already upsetting, why can't the grocery store experience be better?!?!"
"I go to this store several times a week and have been going here for years, and the main deli worker here is lazy. And completely ignores customers doesn’t care at all when lines form and he says to me if I don’t like it I can grab the pre-sliced deli meat while he diddles around doing nothing. I mean what an incompetent low life has the easiest job ever and thinks it’s just so hard. He looks like he should be in the back of a factory somewhere not in a deli dealing with peoples food."
"I would not leave any stars but to leave a review you have to leave at least one this is the worst Kroger's I have seen mice in the stores I've seen roaches in the store and they have ripped me off at least two or three times putting items that I did not order on my card and then saying they couldn't give me back the money something about FDA this store needs to be shut down I don't know why people continue to go there maybe if you like roaches and mice and dirty filthy stores then you can continue to go there I'm done with Kroger's I will start to go to meijer's from now on if I have to drive a little bit further it's better than roach mice filth and getting charged for stuff that I never got"
"I went on October 24th to get my check cashed at the front desk. I'm waiting to get waited on and a manager named Tara and two other employees were just talking away at the service desk. They knew I was standing there because they all looked right at me. Didn't even acknowledge me at all after 10 minutes of me standing there. I'm sorry that's piss poor customer service. I'm very disappointed in the service."
