"Whoever is the lady working the route with north b street over by star hill 45013 on Thursday April 11th around 9:30 am dropped somebody’s package of pills all the way down in the 1010 block and I had to chase her ALL the way down the street cause she was ignoring me I kept saying excuse me super loud I had to get right behind her and then looked at me like an inconvenience for bothering her you and didn’t even say thank you or seem concerned that she had dropped somebody’s package and there was pills inside you could hear them .. very unprofessional, unfriendly and very irresponsible doesn’t seem like the right person for the job ."
"Absolutely terrible location, rude staff and I have dropped numerous pieces of mail off inside and to the boxes outside and none of them ever made it to any of my customers forcing me to refund them all, I tried to file a complaint with the usps and of course they make it so complicated so nobody follows thru with it, it’s a huge inconvenience having to drive all the way to another location when I live right near this one. Avoid this location at all costs"
"I was a little nervous coming because I'd never shipped a package before. The lovely gentleman at the counter was very kind and patient, explained to me all my options I had for shipping my packages, and helped me try to get the lowest price I could! He was very sweet and made my anxiety about going to the post office go away completely! Very nice staff and place!!"
