"The website very clearly states that a temporary license can be used. It advises bringing multiple forms of ID to confirm identity. I brought the temporary license from the DMV. I brought my current passport, I brought my social security card, and I brought a current bill with my address. They absolutely refused to look at any of it. Now I'm still waiting for them to adjust the bill to remove the dolly they didn't bother to put in the truck."
"The app is what sucked, it didn't allow me to check in or out. I had to contact customer support. I take the truck back with 3/4 gas which is what the paper said and I still got charged $20. Just a terrible overall experience all due to the app not working and the extra 20 i contacted about."

"They post signs to make you think you can save money by getting a storage unit with them. They lie about where you need to taken the truck to , lie about free month of storage being included in your truck rental , then when it comes time to pay the bill thru say you were supposed to jump through hoops for the free month and you also could have taken the truck to a closer place but just wanted to make money off of you. So I do not recommend storage or uhaul at all. They will rip you off."
