They also give a standoffish feeling. Will stand around and talk to other employees and ignore the customers waiting. When you are finally helped, you are made to feel that you burden them. If I had another choice of a Autozone that had parts in stock, I would go elsewhere."
"The staff member was extremely rude. He didn't want to do anything! He didn't want to show or even tell where anything was. He made a coworker show where the product was but worst of all he LIED. He said they don't go outside to do anything anymore which I know is a lie because there was a coworker out there helping another customer."
