"If I could rate the auto care center a 0/5 stars I would it is crazy slow and the bigger guy working the counter and on the cars is so slow! More standing around an talking than actually working I waited an hour while he was working on no cars and asked his wife who was chatting with him in the garage! I told her I’m done waiting she asked her husband how much longer he said 45 more minutes to an hour! I had my 5 year old daughter with me and was furious! More concerned with talking than actually taking care of customers. I left and went to jiffy lube!"
"Had a tire ordered to the store and instead of using that one they went Inside my car and found one in my trunk. Manager rudely argues with me saying “well did you tell them not to use the one in your car?”. Why tf would they be going through a car without permission. The tire was not even visible from a window. You have the options of looking at orders, or contacting customer (me). Wasnt able to return that tire I had in my car after they messed with it and was barely able to make walmart pay for it after their incompetence and getting into my stuff without permission."
