"They charged me $80 to put 4 tired on the rims, balance and install on my car. Great price! However since they closed at 5, and I was there at 415, they couldn't get a lugnut off that was previously only tightened by hand. They wouldn't mess with it. Still charged me 80 bucks, even tho that was the price for 4 tires. ** edited after owner response** I understand that. I paid to have them mounted on rims, and installed onto my car. Only 3 were able to be installed. I took my car to my dad, and it took him literally 5 mins to remove the nut. Nothing was explained other than if they continue trying to remove the nut, it could break, but he would try if i wanted that. I asked him to continue, and he advised it wouldn't work even if they keep trying. I paid 80 to have them installed, now I'm going to have to pay again to have the last one installed, as that was the one I needed replaced more than the others."
