"My service was A+. What really made my visit was the interaction of the staff with customers. Another customer had an issue with their car. After the staff checked the car out they couldn't replicate the issue reported. Instead of charging the customer for a service they might not have needed they discussed the issue with the owner and did further investigation to arrive to a solution. Most shops i have been to would have suggested a random solution that may or may not have fixed the issue and cost the customer, but the staff was more focused on solving the problem than charging the customer for services that might not have been needed. Bravo Integrity, your business is well named."

"Today was my first visit to Integrity Auto. I Chose this business based on the reviews I read. I was not disappointed. I observed his interaction with other customers and I was very impressed. I saw him go above helping out two different customers who came in after me. When my car was finished, he explained everything to me and surprised me when he told me I did not need brakes. Based on what I had been told by a dealer, I was sure I would need front brakes. I will be back and have all my vehicles serviced here."

"We took our vehicle in for an oil leak. Nick called right away to tell me where he thought the problem was but that is would have a slight cost to take everything apart to be able to visually confirm. I told him that that part was pretty recently serviced by the dealer and he recommended I take the vehicle back to them to see if they would fix it for free. The dealer initially gave us a very high estimate to fix this part for a second time. Nick followed up with me a couple days later to see how things went. I told him what the dealer was saying, and he gave me an estimate what it would cost Integrity to fix the part. This estimate was significantly lower than the dealer's. With this information, we were able to go back to the dealer and after a long back and forth, they will be fixing the part for free. My wife and I were so impressed with Nick and Integrity. We appreciated his honesty and help in making sure we got things done right and fairly. We had never previously been to Integrity, but 100% will be using them in the future based on this experience.
