"Nathan was absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had a minor issue and he resolved it quickly and professionally. His customer service was phenomenal, he was understanding when we needed an extension and prompt to help with finding us the best fit for our needs. I will definitely recommend this store in the future and ask for him if we ever need a rental again."

"The facility is heated, and electronically controlled, with CCTV. When I opened my door to my locker, there was a brand new lock in the package sitting on the floor. There's also rat, mice, and roach trap. My unit was clean and easy to open and close. The indoor part has a drive in area that's heated and cooled, with large doors for uhaul trucks, or personal vehicles. This is the best storage facility I've ever seen or personally used."

"For several months I have had indoor climate controlled units at this U-Haul facility. It's a 24-hour facility however there is never an attendant there the attendant is located a few miles away at a different U-Haul location that is not 24 hours. I went in May to attempt to get a few things out of storage and put a few other things in storage only to find that I could only access one of my units my key did not work for the other. Once I finally reached someone with U-Haul customer service because the other location was already closed since it was 11:00 at night I was told that there was water damage in my unit so the manager and district manager had cut the lock off of my unit that I was not able to access and put one of their locks on it and that I would need to stop back by during their normal business hours to obtain a key. On top of that once the key was obtained which was extremely inconvenient as I live 45 minutes away from this storage unit we find that everything in that unit which was everything of any sentimental value that I've had in my life for my father that passed away when I was 17 his parents that I never met because they passed away before I was born suffer my grandmother who passed away in 2000 every picture of my parents wedding everything's ruined and U-Haul wants to give me $400 because you can't put a value on sentimental things"

"I mean if you like to pay 80 bucks a month for literally a closet.. Currently getting my stuff out of that closet. They gave me a storage after i paid them.. Lol had someone elses stuff in it.. Moved me to a closet did not change my storage fee.. Youve been paid and i highly highly recommend not using Middletown at all... Youd be better off going elsewhere. I love to give good reviews but in good faith this time I can NOT."
