"Magically" after we said we need car back, refund, or replacement the car was "fixed" Now they tell us we're just out of luck. Car estimates to repair don't make logical since to do considering the value of the car. (In my opinion Charlie isn't to be trusted. The owner either doesnt care or is out of the loop.) They took a single mom of two young kids money and she was left walking."
