"Don't drop off uhauls here. Dropped one off during the weekend when they weren't open and selected Cash back as my option (I can no longer change the money back option after I do this). Uhaul told me to come back in during business hours to collect the cash, and when I did the lady told me they dont do any of that there and gave me a phone number to call. I called them and within 2 minutes they told me to come back in and get a check. When I came back the lady I was talking too was gone and there was another guy at the counter, who needed my new address for the check. So now magically they do that there. Still no cash like I selected but hopefully I'll still get my check. Why work with uhaul, if you don't do what the uhaul app told me to do. I've used uhaul for over 5 moves and this is the first location that "doesn't do that here". *Update, the guy didnt update my zip code when he updated my address, and now I have to wait longer for my check. Will not be going back and will tell friends and family to avoid this location from now on."
