"Call the BBB, this guy is shady and he tried to dang near triple the payment for one month. All because I kept trying to pay him and he would not answer the phone for over 3 weeks. Lacks in communication and people experience. If you get him in trouble for not doing his job as a business owner, he gets rude and disgusting. He’s definitely doing something wrong with the business with how he acted. Overall would choose any other one in Defiance. I’d drive an hour or two before I get another unit from this place."
"Please dont store personal items here that youre willing to have stolen/lost/damaged/or sold. Keep receipts for EVERY payment. NO CASH PAYMENTS! Otherwise theyll take your money and say you never paid. And if you have receipts to verify payment the guy just says "Oh" after basically calling you a thief. No apology. Very poor customer service."
"I felt like he was a nice and polite young man every time I've talked to him so idk what the other reviews meant in saying he's rude...Ive spoke to him several times and each time he's been very helpful and even apologized for not having an open unit for me....I'm in the medical field so I would be the first to know what a rude person was like and Andy is not one of them...thanks for trying to help me...:)"
"I called to see about getting a storage unit. I stated that I wanted a small storage unit. The person who answered, and I'm assuming it was the owner, stated "I don't have any small units". I asked what size was available. The person then stated "I have 10x10, but I am going out of town and won't be able to assist you". I then asked when the person would be available for a storage unit. The gentleman then stated "ummm, probably not until, like Tuesday ". Now, I understand that it is a holiday weekend in the U.S., but I was willing to meet the gentleman in defiance or travel to bryan to get the unit that I needed. He was not interested in working with me at all."
