"I have typically had good experiences at this car wash. However I went yesterday, wasn’t super comfortable with how the gentlemen directing me in positioned me, but figured he had a better view than I. Went through the wash and after getting home noticed a thin vertical line of wax/soap residue on my driver door. Ran my finger over it and wiped with a clean cloth thinking it was just wax/soap that didn’t get rinsed off—revealed a bunch of little vertical scratches underneath. I then called and spoke to an associate who said he’d speak to his manager—heard from that associate the next day with a reply “my manager said it wasn’t us, our brushes don’t go vertical.” Brand new Jeep... Sad that I didn’t even hear from a manager, just some young (polite) associate doing his bosses work for him/her. Hoping someone in leadership sees this and responds with a solution and not have their associate cover for them…"
"The girl that was working when I stopped in (im a first time customer) was super nice and very informative. She was more than happy to explain all the different packages and how monthly memberships worked and everything else the car wash had to offer. She even went above and beyond and came outside to see how everything was when I vacuuming my car out. I will 100% recommend this Mentor, Ohio location and will definitely be back!"
"we have 5 drive through Car Wash facilities close to my home. Each car wash uses different technologies/approaches/chemicals to wash the vehicle. I have used them all. Blue Falls is far and away better. All areas of the outside is thoroughly washed, rinsed, waxed and dried… including the peripheral area of front/back and trees/wheel wells. the drying is cycle leaves a few sprinkles.. …. this is for the high end cycle…"
