"What an amazing company best customer service in the world and I bought a 2019 HE 300 classic in 2019 wile pipelining in North Dakota its three days to get next day air in the Bakken oil field. I told them I needed a new machine yesterday. They told me what dealer to call to pay for it and they would have it to me the next day it was there on the load bank machine in Williston the next morning getting the engine broken in. I had the GFCI go bad and called them about it the day after I had 4 New GFCI and 10 of the pushbutton circuit breakers delivered by sprinter van. Now in 2024 I dented the roof and order a new one. I wasn’t happy with the quality. Less than a week later I had a new roof that is absolutely beautiful delivered. Best customer care in the industry I think probably the best customer care in the world after Harley lost there’s. Thank you Lincoln and happy 120th birthday"

"Easy to reach there from OH-2 to Heisley Rd, proceed southbound to Lincoln Way/ traffic light. Turn left and all the way down to the gates and security. They have garage docks. Bit narrow, but fast unloading and friendly staff. Respect!"
