Budget Truck Rental

"They never answer their phones! We rented a truck through the 1-800 number because the local company never answers. We called multiple times on different days to confirm our truck rental. My husband decided to drive up there to make sure they were open and we would be able to get our truck on our scheduled date. The woman told him the truck size we ordered is never guaranteed. We were never told that when we put a deposit down on the truck. If he wouldn't have drove up there we would have been stuck on the day of our move."

"Store/shop hours are wrongly posted. Business is not marked C&G Interstate truck. Its now a 'zero 7' sign shop or something. Rental trucks are sitting there but poor 'Budget Truck Rental' information on web/google. Went to Handy Rents and a Penske truck....."

"Very bad Service!! I had to cancel my moving plan because of this budget. I never trust or do business with budget. I have booked my moving truck for Saturday pick up at 11:00am. A person called me on Saturday morning for offer me bigger truck then I booked. I was okay and told her that I will pick it up at 11:00 am. I went there at 11 and office was closed even though their business hours till noon. I was shocked and call budget customer service and they told me to wait outside of office for an hour till their closing time. I did wait but no one showed up. Then budget told me that their inventory manager will call me within 2 house to find me truck at another location but no one called me yet it’s been a week."

"DO NOT TRUST! I made a truck reservation 2 weeks in advance and was ensured that the 12' truck I reserved would be available. Less than 24 hours before pickup I was called and told that they had "no trucks available" unless I wanted a 26 foot truck. I am not a semi-truck driver nor did I want something that I did not reserve. Luckily I did not pre-pay but this is completely unacceptable. The point of reservations is to RESERVE a truck. Don't count on Budget to have what you need. Pay more and get better service and reliability elsewhere!"

"The staff was awesome and very friendly also changed the pick up time three times for us in 6 hours so very flexable. I would have given 5 stars but the trailer that we got was a total disaster the wheels were way out of alignment so blew out a tire because it was so bad also one of the tires continuously leaks air...so had to fill it up every morning. The truck was smoked in before we got it and the ashes were all over the dash in the ashtray and cup holder. I will not be charged for any smoking fees. The good thing is that having the road side assistance was quick Co sideline it happened in the middle of Kansas."
