Welcome to Community Evangelistic Church, a vibrant and diverse community of believers located at 2650 Boyds Bridge Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee. At CEC, we are dedicated to living by the principles of "JESUS is Lord | Everybody is Somebody | LOVE is Everything." Our mission is to build meaningful relationships through love, hope, and faith, serving both our members and the wider community.
Our church focuses on two key areas of service: in-reach and out-reach. Through in-reach, we nurture and disciple believers, helping them grow in their faith. Our out-reach efforts aim to evangelize and meet the needs of the community, spreading the message of love and hope to everyone.
Our logo beautifully symbolizes our mission and values. The shape of the cross, inspired by our stained glass window, serves as a reminder of Jesus' sacrificial love. The outward-pointing arrows signify our commitment to reaching out and serving the community, while the inward-pointing arrows represent our dedication to nurturing and discipling believers.
The diverse colors and shapes in our logo reflect our inclusive and welcoming family, coming together to form the body of Christ. Although we may not see Christ physically, we strive to embody His love and teachings, showing the Christ within us to the world.
