"These guys are amazing! Super patient with my endless questions, knowledgeable and informative about the local trails and area in general. I was visiting town for a couple of days, I spoke with Emily the day before I left and she took the time to listen to me about my skill level and what kind of riding I wanted to do. She made fantastic recommendations. She followed up via txt and met me with a bike at Baker creek reserve (her excellent recommendation). She then took the time to coach me on the trails that would best fit my skill level and spent a little extra time making sure the bike was set up appropriately for me. If I have the opportunity to come back to Knoxville I will absolutely use their services again."

"I can't thank Alex enough for 5 star service. It's incredible that he drops off and picks up your rental bike right at the trailhead. He gave me a rundown on the trails and what areas he thought I would enjoy. He was right! The trails were in amazing condition. The full suspension mtn bike was flawless and I had zero issues. Was able to get in 40 miles of riding. When I am back in the area, I will for sure rent from him again."

"Alex was an excellent guide, and he provided exactly the experience I was seeking. I requested a backcountry ride off the beaten path because I was already familiar with the trails in East TN. Alex immediately suggested a ride on the TN/NC border in Cherokee National Forest. Previously, I knew nothing about this area, and the trails far exceed my expectations! Most importantly riding with Alex was incredibly fun! Seriously one of the best rides I've ever done! I definitely plan to ride with KNOT again in the future!"
