"I rented this unit July 17, 2024. I had tools, camping and expensive fishing equipment. I’m renovating my house and needed somewhere to put it. I haven’t been back to the unit since August 12, 2024. I found my lock on the ground and all the valuables gone. I’m very disappointed considering this is a locked down facility. Looks like an inside job. I would NEVER recommend Storage King to anyone. I called them before filing a police report and they didn’t answer or call me back. I have insurance on the unit but I’m sure they will try to get out of paying it. I will seek council if that is the result. They should be ashamed and not allowed to rent these units anymore. I will go out of my way to make sure they held fully accountable and audited. I’m sure we are not the only ones."
"Showed up at 10 am to access my storage unit to find out I need a key from the office to access it- which was for some reason closed when it says on the door and online that they open at 0930. Called multiple times and left voicemails and no response. Having to dispute the charge with my bank. Would NOT recommend."
"Very disappointed with this storage unit. I got 2 units I won from an auction and I asked for an extra day and it was granted, but then they called to tell me they didn’t grant me an extra day and won’t give me my deposit back after I spoke with the manager to give me an extra day and he said yes because he was doing it for a couple other people. He started yelling at me on the phone."
