"These guys are not good at all. I bought a car from them and in less than 24 hours the car broke needing a new motor and turbo. Come to find out it had this problem before the sold me the car, but when i called them to try and get them to make it wright they wouldnt do anything at all for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to take the chance at getting riped off like i did. I am in the proccess of getting help to make them pay for the car, which they should have offered to do in the begining but once they make the sale they dont care about you at all!"

"My husband & I financed our first new to us car here in 2020. After visiting several places & being told "no" to anything that we actually liked & felt safe in, a friend recommended Thorpe! They weren't pushy at all. I fell in love with the first SUV I saw. I was sure we would be turned down like we had been for weeks everywhere else, but we weren't! They really advocated for us on the phone to get us financed & in our SUV. Our credit wasn't anywhere near good, my husband hadn't been at his new job for even 6 months, but we left that day in our family vehicle that has given us 0 problems in 4 years! Fast forward, we're having our 4th child & needed a van. We decided to go back to Thorpe. They paid off what we still owed on our SUV & traded us into our new van the same day at a WAY better rate since our credit has gone from bad to great all because of them choosing to help us 4 years ago. They even got touch screen TVs installed in the van for us!!!! They also got our 3 crazy kids pizza while we waited on the paperwork & were SO nice to them. Treated us like family. "I bought a car from these people and the car was nothing but trouble from day one. The car was in the shop twice while I still had the drive out tags on it, the last time it was in the shop they pulled a pound of sand out of the engine. The engine also had water in it and there was water in the brake fluid. The last time this car broke down on me it just about got me killed on the interstate by losing all power, lost power steering, lost brakes and had to be towed home. They don't even deserve the one star but nothing lower. This review was written by Catherine Albert I just used her phone at the time so yes I did buy a car from you."
