"Let's just start out we heard great things about viles and referred their by a friend. My husband got approved for a car and so we went ahead and did the deal. Little did we know we ended up with a vehicle that ya can't even drive on the highway. #1. The evening we bought it it acted up not even 2 hours afterwards on our way home. Jason and Ron were very polite and courteous in helping my husband get a vehicle. Thanks. We called them and told them what it was doing and we ended up bringing it back to be fixed. They had it for 2 weeks. We picked it up a Friday evening and if ya wouldn't guess it did it again on the way home. The next day we took it back. They gave us a loaner which helped with both of us working separate shifts. They had the car 2.5 months. So we thought cool their gonna find out what's wrong with it. But we're lied to over and over by the service department manager that it was in on the lift. B.S. every time we came to get a new temp tag for the loaner we took a picture of our car that sat in the same spot for almost 2 months. We ended up going and talking to Owner and he said he would get to the bottom of it. We'll needless to say when my husband tried calling he would never answer then my hisbands number got blocked by him. Very very piss poor overall. Well we've had the car back since end of July and still can't even drive it on the highway and now it won't even go forward as my husband was trying to get home from work. Dishonest and cheats saying he can't put us in another vehicle it was too soon. So we called the place where we financed it through and they gave us an option to trade out of a car we can't barely drive. Sad. Very Sad. If ya do go here talk to Tandy, Jason or Ron. But take the car for a long drive including the interstate cuz we've made every payment and got screwed. Didn't even get receipts and got the car back a mess on the inside. Sad thing is we were gonna try and buy another their but after this we will go elsewhere. Atleast the finance place sent and gave us the option to trade and pay the difference on a different vehicle."

My daughter bought her 1st real car her on Tuesday 7/16/2024 the salesman & finance mgr really went above & beyond what they had too, to see that my daughter got what she wanted & could afford. "I had incredibly high hopes for this place. I called down yesterday to try to apply for financing. I called relatively early around 11:00, filled out an application, everything. I called back around 3 because I seen my credit had been checked earlier, but heard nothing since. I was told they were waiting back from the bank. I than spoke with my aunt who told me if they would call her, she’d be willing to sign as a co applicant. I called back at 5:30 to try to get financing to call me back. Nothing. Then they finally called a little after 6, and was told the banks were closed. I called again around 11 this morning. I was told someone would call me back. The gentleman told me I got approved for a car but he would take pictures of it and I’d hear back before 1:00. I get a call from the original salesman I spoke to. I told him I was incredibly frustrated from the lack of communication from financing, and he said the only thing he could offer me was a 1995 Mustang GT. From a woman they knew that would be buy here pay here. I said thank you for your time but I believe Ole Ben will be our best option. To which he responded, “I’ve seen your credit, nobody will finance you a car” Well, money man Mike, had yall contacted me earlier, you would have known I now have a co-signer. I called back to formally speak to someone to make a complaint cause that’s a very hurtful thing to say and the gentleman in financing could’ve cared less either. Please save your time and money."
