Zips Car Wash

"Would not recommend 1. The mobile web site for Zips (not the app) has no tab for any feedback or route to send in a concern. The company customer service number had to be googled. This sends a clear message that the customer and any concerns are not very important to the company. 2. No warning or signage letting the customer know that only a credit card is excepted. 3. The current employee working at the Knoxville Clinton Hwy location on the am of 8/8/24 was incredibly unprofessional. He approached me wanting to sell me a wash membership. After noting I was unaware the wash only takes credit cards. His response was, "I can let you out. It says no cash on the door and now you know that all Zips only take cards". Something along the lines of " Sorry we don't take cash. You have a good point, I will relay your concerns about no warning or signage". 4. To management, before you thank me for the feedback and other kind words. Instead maybe commenting on how you specifically will address this moving forward and any corrective action to avoid the above concerns would be more beneficial and show a true interest."

"I had a great experience, the employee that helped me was named Zach I think (sorry if I forgot or this was not him). But, he was very kind and helped me clean my car fast and efficiently."
